REFUND POLICY

At Umai Restaurant, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes. We want every guest to enjoy their experience. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and adjustments.

1. Dine-In Orders

  • Once food has been prepared and served, we generally do not offer refunds.

  • If there is an issue with your meal, please notify a staff member immediately, and we will do our best to correct it on the spot.

2. Takeout and Delivery Orders

  • Orders placed for takeout or delivery cannot be refunded once they are prepared.

  • If an error occurs on our part (incorrect item, missing item, quality issue), please contact us within the same day of purchase. We will provide a replacement item or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

3. Online Orders

  • Payments for online orders are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations

  • Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to [X hours] before the reservation time.

  • Online or phone orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided preparation has not yet begun.
